In this four-week class students will focus on how to set SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time bound) goals and how to build the resilience to follow through.

This class will focus on how to set SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time bound) goals and how to manage the obstacles that come with it. We’ll discuss time management, organization, stress reduction tips and resilience. No previous knowledge on goal setting is required.

My style of teaching allows discussion time in order for students to express their views and experiences if they choose to. After a warm up activity we will transition into the material. I occasionally incorporate storytelling, music and affirmations into my lessons. The point is to present the material in an engaging way so that learning is fun and not a chore.
